Document Management System

The Comparto Document Management System brings all correspondence pertaining to a file together. Documents, emails, contracts, letters, to name a few, are available with the click of a button. A variety of search methods allow you to search by client, producer, specific text in a Matter file and even text in a document.

The DMS add-in’s defined in Microsoft Outlook and other Microsoft products like Word and Excel allow you to save the documents to the file defined in Legal Accounting. Details of the file are sourced directly from the Legal Accounting system. Real time updates mean your data will always be current.
